Composite Wall Panels

What consumers don’t know, but that building owners, developers and contractors are using more often and with incredible results for building aesthetics as well as construction process are a much more extensive line of Metal Composite Materials (MCM) including zinc, copper, steel, and titanium.

The utilization of Composite Wall Panels has opened exciting opportunities for architectural deformations and a range of aesthetics.

ACM and MCM systems are produced by numerous manufacturers, and Superior Roofing has experience installing nearly every system on the market today. Not only are there multiple manufacturers, but each system is made with specific performance parameters in mind.

Superior Roofing commonly works with five ACM and MCM systems to meet the specification and unique requirements of your building:

  • Pressure Equalized Rain Screen systems
  • Drained, back ventilated rain screen systems
  • Wet system/wet seal
  • Dry system
  • Spline return system
Key Points :
  • Includes materials such as aluminum, zinc, copper, steel, and titanium
  • Exceptional strengths and performance, including moisture protection and thermal efficiency.
  • Multitude of colors and finishes to achieve desired look.
  • We have worked with CM manufacturers such as Alucobond, Reynobond, Alpolic, Larson and more.

Single Skin Wall Panels

Single skin wall panels have been a part of the construction industry for decades. A Cost-efficient system, single skin wall panels use a preformed composite metal sheet to construct exterior surfaces. These sheets are made from zinc, steel, aluminum, copper or bronze. Their prefabricated design allows for a faster and more efficient installation system than traditional material like brick or wood, and allow for any weather installation, meaning no loss of construction time in the event of rain or snow.

Additionally, the prefabricated system allows for a level of design freedom that other construction techniques do not offer. Architectural features and design are easily featured on a new or existing building, providing a level of uniqueness that would be difficult to obtain with other techniques. The surface treatments on single skin wall panels can include corrugated, perforated, embossed, and stucco-like surfaces, along with various colors.

Key Points:
  • Includes materials such as aluminum, zinc, copper, steel, and titanium
  • Exceptional strength and performance, including moisture protection and thermal efficiency
  • Multitude of colors and finishes to achieve desired look
  • We have worked with MCM manufacturing such as Alucobond, Reynobond, Alpolic, Larson and more

Insulated Wall Panel Systems

Commonly an existing structure requires a liquid sealant, insulation install and then the protective screen to be applied in multiple passes. With this material the insulation is adhered within the panel, and the panel itself is secured to the studs of the building. By integrating multiple elements into a single layer, Insulated Wall Panel systems reduce the number of trades on the job, reducing the logistics required in project completion, and simplifying the install.

Insulated wall panels are versatile, because they are built on an interlocking structure where one panel overlays the panel below. The insulation from one panel abuts the insulation from the previous panel, and a metal lip directs rain and moisture down the outer panels, reducing the opportunity for penetration into the interior of your building.

Key points:
  • Installation extremely rapid and cost effective
  • Insulation is adhered within the panel, integrating multiple elements into a single layer, reducing construction time
  • Installation extremely rapid and cost effective
  • Flexible and versatile design
  • Vastly reduces opportunity of moisture penetration into buildings, increasing longevity
